Policies and Waivers
Student shall agree with the policies and waivers below to participate the programs run by MapleShine Education Inc.
The full payment of the program fee must be made within 24 hours after submitting the registration form. Otherwise, the registration and reservation will be cancelled.
The refunds will be issued for any cancellations received 14 days prior to the first day of the program. Requests for cancellations received within 14 days are non-refundable, unless a medical note is provided. Refunds will not be granted for inclement weather or for days of lesson not attended. MapleShine Education Inc. will do everything possible to avoid program cancellations; however MapleShine Education Inc. reserves the right to cancel the program (before and during the program) for any reasons. In this circumstance, MapleShine Education Inc. will accommodate the student in an alternate program or provide the student the balance refunds at his/her discretion.
The student hereby authorizes the inclusion of him/her in photographs and videos and understand that this media will be used on MapleShine Education Inc. website, social media, hosted photo galleries and other sites related to the corporation activities. Photos and videos may also be taken at any time for print or online promotional purpose.
The student hereby authorizes MapleShine Education Inc. or anyone acting on its behalf, to acquire necessary medical aid that may be required as result of any accident or injury sustained. The student hereby indemnify and save harmless MapleShine Education Inc. from any and all actions, claims and demands for damages, loss or injury, however arising, which hereafter may have been sustained while participating in the program.
The student hereby releases MapleShine Education Inc. from all liability relating to injuries to him/her that may occur during the transportation service in the programs. The student agrees to hold MapleShine Education Inc. entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. The student also acknowledges the risks involved in choosing the transportation service. These include but are not limited to injuries. The student swears that he/she is participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to him/her. Additionally, the student does not have any conditions that will increase his/her likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity. The student forfeits all right to bring a suit against MapleShine Education Inc. for any reason. In return, the student will receive this transportation service. The student will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained verbally by MapleShine Education Inc..
