Creating a rough draft is the first step in the ted talk writing process, but wait.... What's a rough draft?! A rough draft is a version of your paper that is rough so in other words not complete.
Things you should do in the rough draft process:
- Research: find information on your topic, maybe a fun fact, a quote, a date in time.
- Organize your thoughts and notes: Create another storyboard or a jamboard with all of your ideas for the talk. You could also scribble and write down ideas that you have on a piece of paper.
Remember that this is your rough draft, you can make changes as you go along. Have fun with it :)
